Are Palean products suitable for all skin types?
Yes, our products are genderless and suitable for all skin types. However, all skin is unique and is affected not only by products but also the environment and other external factors. For those with sensitive skin, we recommend trying the products on a less visible area of skin.
Can your products cause skin irritation?
Our products are made of hypoallergenic ingredients. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist. For those with sensitive skin, we recommend trying the products on a less visible area of skin.
Can Palean cosmetics be considered as medicinal products?
Our cosmetic products can not be considered as medicinal products, nor can be used for treating illnesses. Usage can not replace any medicinal therapies or professional medical treatments.
Do you test your products on animals?
Palean does not test any of its products on animals. Our products proudly proclaim their veganness & being cruelty free.
What ingredients are used in the products?
The accurate list of ingredients can be found in the description of the products. Our cosmetics all possess UltraGreen certifications, thus are proven to be free of harmful chemicals both to human health as well as to the environment (such as parabens, synthetic polymers, organic and inorganic compounds containing aluminium) and are conforming to the highest medical standards.
Where should I store your products?
We recommend storing your products in a consistently cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Can Palean products be used during pregnancy?
Our products are made from the most natural ingredients possible and do not contain any ingredients that are harmful to pregnancy.
Where are your products made?
The ingredients are sourced exclusively from EU partners by the contract cosmetics manufacturer FÁMA Cosmetics, and are manufactured in FÁMA Cosmetics' Hungarian plants.
Does the face cream not come out of the jar?
Our replenishing face cream comes in airless packaging that works on the principle of vacuum.
The first time you use it, you need to press the pump until the product starts to flow from the dispenser. Sometimes 20-30 presses are required until the plunger starts to push the cosmetic out of the jar.

What is an airless jar?
Our replenishing face cream comes in airless packaging that works on the principle of vacuum, so the cosmetic in the jar does not come into contact with air and does not become contaminated. Unlike a tube dispenser, the airless jar can squeeze every last drop of cosmetic from the jar with the help of the piston inside.

Which delivery methods can I choose?
When you place your order, you can choose between different delivery methods:
- Boxy same day express delivery (orders placed before 12 noon on working days will be delivered to the recipient the same day between 2pm and 8pm)
- Boxy next day delivery (Boxy will choose the courier service that will deliver your parcel to your door. We will choose the most efficient carrier available.)
Which courier delivers my products?
- You can choose from 7 different carriers and nearly 6,000 fixed points, and there are also a number of automatic parcel delivery services.

How do I know if my parcel has been sent to the delivery address?
Our delivery partners will send you an information email when your parcel has left our warehouse. In this information letter, you will also find a time window when you can expect your order that day.
How can I track my parcel?
You'll find a tracking link in the delivery company's email and you can use it to keep track of where your parcel is.
A damaged product arrived in my parcel, what should I do?
In all such cases, please contact us by email and we will take care of the rest with the supplier.
